The Vault is a locked area in Fjora where you can store private files and notes. No one else with access to the wedding account can see the contents. It is only visible to whoever unlocks it with the PIN code.

This is where you send emails directly to your guests from Fjora. You choose a template, write the message, and send it to all or selected guests. Typically used for save the dates, practical info about parking and dress code, or personal messages. Optionally, you can also download the message to print it.

This is where you invite others to take part in the wedding planning. You can invite a partner or a collaborator and decide what they should have access to.

What is the difference between Partner and Collaborator?

A partner gets full access to all modules in Fjora, just like you. A collaborator only gets the access you give them. You can choose no access, view access or write access for each individual module. Useful for bridesmaids, planners or family members who are helping out with specific parts.

What is a category?

A category is a group of tasks. Fjora comes with ready-made categories like "12+ Months Out" and "Final Week" so you have something to start with. If you want to make your own, just click "Add category" in the top right.

What is the difference between estimated and actual amount?

Estimated is what you think it will cost. Actual is what you end up paying. You fill in the estimated amount first, then update it with the real number once you have an invoice or receipt. If the actual amount goes over the estimated, the field turns red so you notice straight away.

How do I find vendors near me?

Click "Filter" in the top right. There you can choose category, country, region and city. You can also set a radius in kilometres from a chosen city so you only see vendors within that area.

How do I share the wedding website with our guests?

Go to the "Style and link" tab. There you will find the public link to your page, for example fjorawedding.io/r/your-name. Copy the link and send it to your guests however works best for you, by message, email or in a digital invite.

How do I add a guest?

Type the name in the field at the top that says "Add guest by name" and click "Add guest". You can then open the guest and fill in their email, phone number and which group they belong to. Guests who respond to the RSVP through the wedding website you build in the Invitations module are automatically added here.

How do I add a table?

Click "New table" in the top right. You can give the table a name and choose the number of seats. The table then appears in the view and you can start dragging guests over to it.

How does the QR code work?

You create one QR card per table in the QR studio tab. The cards are printed and placed on the tables. Guests scan the code, land on a page and can start taking photos straight away. You decide how many photos each guest is allowed to take.

There are three templates to choose from. Announcement suits news and save the dates. Update/Reminder is structured with a bullet list and suits practical information. Note is more personal and warm in style. The preview on the right updates as you write.

Can I create more than one board?

Yes. Click "New board" on the overview page to create one. You can have one board per theme, for example flowers, attire or venue, and keep your ideas separate and easy to browse.

Can I create itineraries for more than one day?

Yes. Click "New day" on the overview page to add a new day. That could be the rehearsal, the wedding day and the brunch the day after, for example. Each day gets its own timeline with its own events.

What kind of things can I store in the Vault?

Files like contracts, receipts and documents, or notes with private information such as passwords, PIN codes or anything else you do not want others to see. Notes are hidden until you actively choose to reveal them.

What is a group?

A group is a label you put on guests to sort the list. You can create your own groups like Family, Friends or Colleagues. It makes it easier to filter the list and keep track when you have a lot of guests.

Table layout is a visual planner where you can draw out the venue itself. You add tables, a stage and other elements, and can move and rotate them freely to recreate how the venue will actually look on the day.

What does the Premium badge mean on some vendors?

Vendors with a Premium badge have a featured listing in Fjora and appear at the top of search results. All Premium vendors are carefully selected by us, so you can trust that the quality is there.

At the top of the day page there is a field where you write in what is happening and choose a time. Click "Add" and the event appears in the timeline. You can also add a location and a responsible person directly on the event.

Can I customize the look of the QR cards and landing page?

Yes. Under QR studio you choose a colour theme and can adjust the colours manually. Under Landing page you do the same for the page guests see when they scan, and you can edit the heading and subtext. Both can be matched to your wedding colours.

What is the Vault PIN, and can I change it?

The PIN code is set by you the first time you open the Vault. It can be between 4 and 8 digits. You can change it at any time via the settings icon in the top right inside the Vault.

How do I invite someone?

Enter the person's email address, choose whether they should be a Partner or Collaborator, and click Invite. They will receive an email with an invitation to create an account and connect to your wedding.

What is the colour palette that appears on the board?

Fjora analyses the images you have uploaded and extracts the dominant colours automatically. It gives you a colour suggestion based on the visuals you actually like. Click a colour to copy its colour code.

Who can I send to?

After writing the message, click "Continue → Recipients" to choose who should receive the email. You can send to all guests or filter by group, so for example only family or only colleagues receive the message.

What pages can I have on the wedding website?

You can turn pages on and off as you like. The available pages are Home, Our story, Venue, Accommodation, Q&A and Gift registry. The RSVP page is always on and cannot be hidden, since guests need to be able to respond.

What is a category in the budget?

A category is a group of expenses that belong together, like Catering, Flowers, or Attire. You can add as many categories as you need by clicking "New category". Within each category you add the individual expenses.

What does "Overdue" mean?

It means the due date has passed and the task hasn't been completed yet. Overdue tasks are collected at the top of the list so they stay visible. Click "Show overdue" to see them.

How do I save a vendor I like?

Click the heart icon on the vendor card, or open the vendor and click "Add to favourites". All your saved vendors are collected under the "Favourites" tab.

Place cards are small name tags you put at each setting. Under the Place cards tab you can design the look of the cards and preview how they will look with your guests' names. The cards can be printed directly from Fjora.

How do I mark an expense as paid?

Tick the "Paid" checkbox on the right side of the expense. When all expenses in a category are paid, the category will show "All paid" with a green tick.

Can I share the itinerary with others?

Yes. Click the share icon on the day page to get a sharing link. You can send that link to vendors, bridesmaids or anyone else who needs to know the schedule for the day, without them needing access to Fjora.

Can I add my own questions to the RSVP form?

Yes. Under the "RSVP form" tab you can add custom fields that guests fill in when they respond. You choose the question type, for example multiple choice or free text, and can mark the question as required.

Where do I find the photos guests have taken?

Under the Gallery tab. Photos are sorted per guest in individual folders. You can browse all the photos and download everything with one button.

What does RSVP status mean on a guest?

The RSVP status shows whether the guest has responded to the invitation. Confirmed means they are coming. Declined means they are not. Pending means they have not responded yet. You can also change the status manually directly on the guest.

Can a guest bring a plus one?

Yes. Open the guest and tick "Allow plus one". The guest will then be able to register one extra person when they respond to the RSVP. The plus one does not appear as a separate guest in the list but is linked to the original guest.

What is the difference between List and Timeline?

List shows tasks grouped by category. Timeline shows the same tasks sorted by calendar month, so you can see what's coming up in, say, April. Same tasks, two ways to look at them.

What is the pie chart at the top?

It shows how your budget is split across categories. Click "Show breakdown" to see the percentage and amount each category makes up. It gives you a quick picture of where the money is going.

Can I change the look of the wedding website?

Yes. Under the "Style and link" tab you choose a colour theme for the page. There are several ready-made themes like Cream and rose, Midnight and Sage and ivory. You can also adjust the accent colour and background colour manually.

Can I suggest a vendor that isn't in Fjora?

Yes. Go to the "Suggest" tab and fill in the vendor's name, category, city and website. We review all suggestions before adding them to the public list.

What is the guestbook?

The guestbook is a place where guests can leave a message, a photo or a short video for you. It is activated under Settings and appears as its own tab in the gallery after the wedding. Think of it as digital keepsakes from everyone who was there.

Do I need to create an itinerary to use other modules?

No, Itineraries is completely optional. But if you use the Memories module, photos from guests can be linked to events in the itinerary based on when they were taken. After the wedding you can use the itinerary to sort the photos into a photo timeline that tells the story of the day, event by event.

What does "Not seated" mean?

These are guests who have been added in the Guests module but have not been assigned a table yet. They appear in the left column in the "Tables and guests" view. The number at the top shows how many guests still need to be seated.
